Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Our standard processing time is approximately 1–1.5 weeks before shipment.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Angel Objects is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

If Shipping Protection is added to your order, you will be covered in the event of:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Damage during transit
Return to sender
Missing items
Incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at angelobjects@gmail.com.

Orders Without Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Angel Objects is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing any shipping claims directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided. While we are happy to offer guidance, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for uninsured shipments.
